The Low Down

I thought I might take this opportunity to discuss what this blog is all about. For those of you who know me, you already know what's going on here...but for those of you who don't, well continue reading. My name is Sean Tyler Sanders and I am in the process of applying to teach ESL in Seoul, South Korea. I reside in Edmond, Oklahoma and have never lived outside of the states. However, that does not mean that I have not traveled outside of the US. Some of the places I have been to include Peru, Australia, Mexico, Canada, China, and the Philippines.

Now that you know a little bit about me, let's talk about why you will want to read this blog. I am going to be writing about my application process (from beginning to end), leaving the states, getting setup in Korea, and living/teaching in Korea. This should be a lot of fun and I am glad that I get to share this experience with you all. Hopefully some of you can use this blog to help you in your decision in whether or not to teach overseas.
